Please see the film with great care from the shipping container. The room should be as dust-free. Wide, then the film on a large, flat, smooth surface made (table, mounting plate, etc.).If during delivery reigned low external temperatures, the film should be stored at least 8 hours prior to installation in a spread state at room temperature.
Preparation
The glass surface should be thoroughly cleaned before the start of the lamination. This should absolutely solvent-free detergent, etc. without additional vinegar be used. The environment should be dust-free as possible during installation. To remove any dirt or adhesive residue should be carefully cleaned before the switchable pdlc film assembly with alcohol. Please note that you are not the alcohol with the edge of the film and the busbar (copper lugs) comes in contact!
Please note:
The film has a sticker on the front page: “self adhesive side”
ie -> On the opposite side ist the protection layer surface. Please remove the protective film only after the complete assembly.
